Colorado Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center

This calendar displays the volunteer activities at the recycling center consisting of three main activities.

1. Orientation - A walk through for new volunteers of the various areas describing the activities that take place.

2. Training - Train on the use of lensmeters, sorting of glasses prior to boxing, and boxing of the glasses.

3. Processing - Washing the glasses, processing the glasses with the lensmeters, sorting the processed glasses, and finally boxing the glasses for distribution.

The typical Processing schedule time periods are: 

1. 8am-Noon - 4 hours

2. Noon-4pm - 4 hours

3. 6pm-9pm -3 hours
